In the resplendent month of July, everything thrives. On July 18, 2023, the "Two Decades of Collaborative Efforts, Creating Brilliance Together" Sarlboro New Plant Commencement Ceremony culminated successfully in Jizhou, Tianjin, China. Government leaders, representatives from suppliers, fellow industry partners, media friends, excellent national distributors and customers, as well as friends from all walks of life who care for Sarlboro, gathered to witness the glorious moment of the Sarlboro New Plant's completion and commencement, heralding the beginning of a new era for Sarlboro! The venue was packed with distinguished guests and enthusiastic attendees, creating a wave of excitement and fervor!

First and foremost, Sarlboro Chairman, Mr. Li Yanguo, delivered a welcoming speech. In his address, Mr. Li sincerely expressed his gratitude and warm welcome to all the attendees. He then provided a detailed introduction to the new factory's new features and advantages. He mentioned that the brand-new Sarlboro Smart Manufacturing Factory was completed after more than 1,000 days and nights, achieving safe, high-quality, and high-standard delivery and production. With the new factory as a foundation, Sarlboro will possess even greater strength and serve the market, industries, and socio-economic development more effectively. Chairman Li Yanguo's speech exuded tremendous energy and inspired the audience, earning enthusiastic applause and setting the stage for this grand event.

The factory completed and commenced at this ceremony is Sarlboro's second plant, located in the Jizhou Economic Development Zone in Tianjin. With an annual designed capacity of 400,000 tons and storage for over 20,000 tons, it features 15 advanced fully automated filling lines, an internationally-oriented scientific experimental center, and an advanced digital production management and intelligent control system. It is a modern smart manufacturing base that leads in terms of scale, production capacity, equipment advancement, and digitalization. Alongside the rising Sarlboro Smart Factory, Sarlboro has established four major business segments: automotive lubricants, specialty industrial oils, chemicals and water-based products, as well as lubricating greases, achieving a comprehensive layout of the new materials' full industry chain. This will enable Sarlboro to provide better solutions and serve a wider range of fields in the market.

The past 20 years have been a period of rapid development. Sarlboro has closely followed the national strategy, obeyed the leadership of the Party, pursued high-quality development for economic growth, and injected new energy and contributions into employment and regional economic development. This grand event received strong support from the government. Leaders from the Jizhou District Committee of Tianjin and other relevant departments, including Mr. Chen Guodong, Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department, and Mr. Han Yixin, Deputy District Mayor of Jizhou District, attended the ceremony. This ceremony was also a feast for Sarlboro's upstream and downstream partners and fellow industry colleagues. Sarlboro's global supplier partners, as well as outstanding distributor representatives from 31 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xinjiang, Tibet, and Hainan, gathered here to celebrate the exhilarating moment of Santabao's new factory completion and commencement. After witnessing the state-of-the-art Sarlboro Smart Manufacturing Factory, everyone was impressed by its modernization, intelligence, and high standards. In the future, relying on manufacturing advantages, Sarlboro will unite with its supplier and distributor partners to contribute greater strength to the industry's development.

With water poured slowly from the Sarlboro new product barrel into the launch container, the Sarlboro New Plant Commencement Ceremony was successfully initiated.
